What you can expect from me

Bringing your new baby home changes everything. The days are filled with love, but also exhaustion and uncertainty. Allow me to help you get through these new days. I want you to feel less alone, and more confident. Whether you need an extra set of hands, a listening ear, education on diapers, or someone to help prepare a meal, I am here for you.

I will be NEAR you. I will Nurture you. I will Educate you. I will Assess what you and your family may need, from what I see. I will also Refer to other professionals if there is something outside of my doula scope.

Don’t worry about tidying up your home for me to come help. I know this transition is hard and I won’t judge your home or the piles of laundry ever. You don’t have to do this alone. We’ll exhale, together.
