I offer a birth doula package, a postpartum doula package, or both! The birth doula package includes pregnancy, labor and birth support. The postpartum package is hourly support after baby arrives. After our consultation, we’ll figure out what will benefit you and your family. We can also do both and make the transition from birth to home seamless.

If hospital policies allow, I will continue supporting you before and after a surgical birth and, when permitted, in the operating room.

A postpartum doula provides practical, emotional, and educational support after your baby arrives. This may include newborn care education, infant soothing techniques, feeding support, light household tasks, meal preparation, and helping you adjust to life with a new baby.

Yes! Night time can be exhausting. I will still do my normal tasks, just during the evening.

I provide evidence-based support for both chestfeeding and formula feeding and can connect you with a lactation consultant if specialized care is needed.
