My birth doula package includes:

  • 2 prenatal visits

  • Birth planning support

  • Phone/text support starting at 37 weeks

  • Continuous labor and birth support

  • Comfort techniques (positions, breathing, counter-pressure)

  • Partner guidance

  • Immediate postpartum support (1 hour after birth)

  • 1 postpartum home visit

What you can expect from me:

Birth can be unpredictable, but you don’t have to worry. I will bring a calm, warm, confident presence into your life and birth space. I won’t easily be rattled by the unexpected and I will remain composed when it feels overwhelming. My goal is to make you feel supported and heard throughout this entire adventure. I want you to know you can change your mind even if it’s the last minute. I will never judge your ideas, wishes, or goals.
